Spring is definitely here in the College Station area! Our roses are blooming everywhere and the smell of the our entryway is heavenly as the roses on the columns surrounding the entryway of our house are blooming like they’ve never bloomed before! We’re going to really miss our gardens.
Anyways in all of my research for finding a new home in the College Station area, I’ve found lots of resources and thought I would share them here with 6 excellent resources for College Station Realty.
BCS Realtor MLS
The MLS is a multiple listing service and allows you to search for college station realty. Just add the information you’re looking for such as room and bathroom numbers and you’re off to find your new home!

Google Maps
I discovered this on accident really, but it’s become one of my favorite resources. All you have to do is go to Google maps and type in “homes near college station, tx” and it will pull open a window to help narrow down your choices. Then it will open a window with the Google Maps options. This again is one of my best resources for college station realty!

Craigs List
Face it, you can find just about anything on Craigs List! It’s true! I’ve found that you can also list homes for sale on Craigs List. Most of the time, it’s by people who are listing their home before they hire a Realtor. Almost always, they will list the property much lower than if they have a Realtor hired since it will save them upwards of $15,000.

Newspaper – The Eagle
The Eagle has always been THE resource to find a home, so it stands to reason that their online presense would be awesome! It works very similar to the other MLS type options to find College Station realty, but it seems to work a little better and a little faster thank the others – including the one from BCS Realtor.
TV – Suddenlink HomeSource
If you have cable in College Station, you’ll know that cable channel 11 has College Station realty homes for sale running all of the time. They also add those homes to their online resource found here:

Brazo CAD
This is the ace in the hole resource for College Station Realty. Say you’ve found the house you want to buy and you want to find out how much that property has to pay in taxes or what the valuation from the City of College Station is, this is the place to head to.
Summary
In summary, there are lots of online resources for College Station realty and I’m sure I’ve missed lots more, but these are the ones that I’ve used looking for a home in the Brazos Valley.
